Fertilizer. Spring application fertilizer applied to planted and regenerated areas will be the actual number of pounds (kilograms) placed and accepted. Fertilizer, lime, and plant topsoil used in prepared plant topsoil or plant bed preparation are not measured for separate payment. For stream buffer and ▇▇▇▇▇ areas, the addition of fertilizer or lime is prohibited.
