Staking and Guying Clause Samples

The Staking and Guying clause outlines the requirements and responsibilities for properly securing structures, such as poles or towers, using stakes and guy wires. In practice, this clause specifies how and where stakes and guy wires must be installed to ensure stability, and may detail the materials, installation methods, and safety standards to be followed. Its core function is to ensure that structures remain upright and secure, thereby preventing accidents, structural failures, or property damage during and after construction.
