Fertilizer. All grades of fertilizer applied in the spring, measured as specified above, are paid for at the Contract Price per pound (kilogram) or per ton (megagram), whichever is indicated in the Proposal. Payment is full compensation for furnishing and applying and for watering regenerated areas. For native restoration, stream buffer and ▇▇▇▇▇ restoration areas, the addition of fertilizer or lime is prohibited.
