Common use of Field Measurements Clause in Contracts

Field Measurements. Prior to commencement of the Work, or portions thereof, Design-Builder shall take field measurements and verify field conditions at the Site and shall carefully compare such field measurements and conditions and other information known to or discovered by Design-Builder with information provided in the Contract Documents. Errors, inconsistencies or omissions discovered must be reported to City at once.
