Products/Completed Operations Coverage. Products/completed operations coverage shall extend a minimum of three (3) years after project completion. Coverage shall be included on behalf of the insured for covered claims arising out of the actions of independent contractors. If the insured is using subcontractors, the Policy must include work performed “by or on behalf” of the insured. Policy shall contain no language that would invalidate or remove the insurer’s duty to defend or indemnify for claims or suits expressly excluded from coverage. Policy shall specifically provide for a duty to defend on the part of the insurer. The City, its officials, officers, agents, and employees, shall be included as additional insureds under the Products and Completed Operations coverage.

Products/Completed Operations Coverage. If the Products-Completed Operations coverage is written on a claims-made basis, coverage shall be maintained continuously for at least two (2) years after acceptance of work completed in accordance with the Agreement. Any combination of General Liability and Umbrella/Excess liability policy limits can be used to satisfy the limit requirement stated above. Automobile Liability, covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in connection with the provisions of the Products with minimum limits of: Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence Watercraft Liability, which may be carried by the contractor of Seller providing such services applicable to the watercraft liability insurance, with the same minimum limits of: Combined Single Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence Aircraft Liability, if the provision of the Products requires the use of aircraft, with a limit of liability of not less than $10,000,000 combined single limit. Professional Liability coverage, which may be carried by the contractor of Seller providing such services applicable to the professional liability insurance, if professional services are required, with a limit of liability of the greater of $5,000,000 or the value of the Purchase Order.

  • Contractor's Liability Insurance The contractor shall purchase and maintain statutory limits of Worker's Compensation, Public Liability and Automobile Liability as approved by the Regents at the time of signing of the contract. The Regents shall be listed as a loss payee and/or additional insured. Worker's Compensation, Public Liability and Automobile Liability shall include at least the following coverage:

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
