Field Measurements Sample Clauses

The Field Measurements clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for taking and verifying measurements at a project site. It typically requires the contractor or relevant party to physically measure existing conditions, structures, or site features before commencing work or fabrication. This ensures that all dimensions and quantities used in planning, design, or construction are accurate and reflect actual site conditions, thereby minimizing errors, rework, and disputes arising from discrepancies between plans and reality.
