Common use of File Transfer Clause in Contracts

File Transfer. 4.1.2.1. OneNeck will transfer files using the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or any other acceptable means from the LANs to the server should Client require this service. Requirements for such transactions will be defined by Client and communicated to OneNeck via an Operations Change Request and performed on an on-going basis, as scheduled. Additional requirements to the scheduling process must be reviewed and approved by Client and coordinated with OneNeck via the Change Control procedures documented.
