Examples of account usage information include reported errors and digital information gathered using tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, during use of IBM Products. When Client provides information to IBM and notice to, or consent by, the individuals is required for such processing, Client will notify individuals and obtain consent.
IBM. Credit may in its sole discretion from time to time decide the amount of credit IBM Credit extends to Customer, notwithstanding any prior course of conduct between IBM Credit and Customer. IBM Credit may combine all of its advances to make one debt owed by Customer.
IBM. Credit may in its sole discretion decide the amount of funds, if any, IBM Credit will advance on any products Customer may seek to acquire. Customer agrees that any decision to finance products will not be binding on IBM Credit until such time as the funds are actually advanced by IBM Credit.
