Files and Documents. 12.1. Documents may be retained in storage on your behalf for a reasonable period. If you wish to ensure retention of papers, you should make specific arrangements with us. Where you request documents to be sent to you or a person authorised by you, we are entitled to make a reasonable charge to reflect the handling costs and time involved. 12.2. The copyright in all original documents prepared by us and in our publications and practice notes is and will remain our property.
