Filling All Positions Clause Samples

The "Filling All Positions" clause establishes the obligation for a party, typically an employer or contractor, to ensure that all required roles or job positions specified in an agreement are staffed. In practice, this means the responsible party must recruit, assign, or otherwise provide qualified personnel to fill every position necessary for the completion of the project or fulfillment of contractual duties. This clause helps prevent delays or disruptions by ensuring that staffing requirements are met, thereby supporting the smooth execution of the contract.
Filling All Positions. In filling all paid positions under this Agreement, employees work- ing in other classifications under the jurisdiction of this Agreement shall be given reasonable trial on the basis of seniority to demon- strate their ability in which to qualify for such positions. However, when an employee at his own request is placed in a lower classifi- cation, he shall be paid at the rate of the lower classification.
