Common use of Final Acceptance Deadline Clause in Contracts

Final Acceptance Deadline. DB Contractor shall achieve Final Acceptance on or before 120 days after Substantial Completion. Said deadline for achieving Final Acceptance, as it may be extended hereunder, is referred to herein as the “Final Acceptance Deadline.”
