The Completion Deadlines clause establishes specific dates or timeframes by which certain tasks, deliverables, or the entire project must be finished. In practice, it may outline milestone dates for phases of work, set a final completion date, and detail consequences for missing these deadlines, such as penalties or extensions. Completion Deadlines. CMR shall achieve Substantial Completion and Final Completion within the time periods specified in the GMP Amendment. In the event the Project is to be constructed in phases (or with interim construction milestones), each phase (or with interim construction milestones) must be constructed within the period of time specified by TFC.

If the Member starts construction and is unable or unwilling to have the show house and landscaping open and ready for display at the opening date, the Member agrees to continue to work on said house, only during non-show hours, until completion.

(b) Final Acceptance by the Final Acceptance Deadline; and

In the event that Excusable Conditions create an increase in the Project Budget or an extension of the Project Schedule, Developer will submit an estimate of the impact of the Excusable Conditions on the Project Schedule and/or Project Budget, which the Parties will agree upon in a Change Order.

Landlord shall provide to Tenant written notice no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the date that Landlord anticipates that Landlord’s Work will be Complete (the “30-Day Notice”). In addition and notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, in the event that Landlord’s Work is not Completed within thirty (30) days after the Fixed Completion Date, Tenant shall receive a credit against the Base Rent due hereunder equal to one (1) day of Base Rent with respect to the Demised Premises for each day that elapses between the Fixed Completion Date, and the Completion Date, which credit(s) shall be applied to the Base Rent payments due following the Rent Commencement Date.
