Final Completion and Commercial Operation Date. Generator shall deliver notice of final completion to the Customer once the System is tested and ready to deliver Output to Customer, and Generator has completed all applicable tasks required by this Agreement (such as Site cleanup, etc.). Within five (5) Business Days after receiving the notice, Customer shall provide written notice of any deficiencies and Generator shall promptly correct any deficiencies. If no notice is received by the Generator, the Commercial Operation Date shall be the date the Generator first delivered notice of final completion to the Customer. If the Customer provides a notice of deficiency, once the Generator remedies such deficiencies, Generator shall deliver a notice of final completion to the Customer and the Commercial Operation Date shall be the date this notice is delivered.
