Common use of Final Completion Report Clause in Contracts

Final Completion Report. If CCGJ and the City determine that the Artwork and the installation thereof is completed in accordance with this Agreement and Section 2.4.5.3, CCGJ will prepare a “Final Completion Report” to be executed by Artist and CCGJ and the City. The Final Completion Report shall include, at a minimum, the location and detailed description of the Artwork and any additional information as determined by CCGJ. The execution of the Final Completion Report by both parties shall constitute Final Acceptance.
