Final Invoices. In the event that the Agency shall receive federal and/or state funds for any portion of the herein described Project, this provision shall apply. a) The Agency must submit the final invoice on the Project to the Department within one hundred twenty (120) days after the completion of the Project. Invoices submitted after the one hundred twenty (120) day time period may not be paid.
