Common use of Final Invoices Clause in Contracts

Final Invoices. Lands’ End must receive the final invoice for a service within 90 days after the Statement of Work is completed. The final invoice must include all costs and expenses incurred in such service not previously billed. The service provider shall not incur any additional costs or billable hours after submission of the final invoice without the express prior written approval of Lands’ End.
