Common use of Final Numbers Clause in Contracts

Final Numbers. (a) Final confirmed numbers must be provided to Truffleduck seven (10) days prior to the Function date and are the basis of the Final Amount charged. Increases to the advised numbers inside 10 days will be subject to a 25% surcharge. (b) Decreases to confirmed numbers provided under Clause 6(a) are non-refundable.
