Common use of Final Paycheck Clause in Contracts

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Separation Date, the Company will pay the Executive all salary accrued but unpaid base salary and through the Separation Date, all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject Separation Date (if any) and any unreimbursed business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company policy prior to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreementthe Separation Date (the “Accrued Obligations”).

As On, or as soon as administratively practicable on or after following, the Termination Resignation Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation or other paid time off earned through the Termination Resignation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdingsrequired withholding. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this AgreementAgreement or a Release of Claims.

Final Paycheck. The Company will also reimburse Executive for all outstanding expenses incurred prior to the Termination Date which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documenting such expenses. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Effective Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Effective Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreementthe Acceptance of Release.

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, including all accrued PTO, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this AgreementAgreement or the Release of Claims (as defined below).

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, but not more than three business days following the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive in a single cash lump sum (i) all accrued but unpaid base salary and earned through the Termination Date; (ii) all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date; and (iii) $33,694, which constitutes a retroactive payment to Executives as consideration for the additional responsibilities undertaken by Executive beginning in fiscal year 2014, such payment to be subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Retirement Date, the Company will pay the Executive all salary accrued but unpaid base salary and through the Retirement Date, all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Retirement Date (if any), to the extent unpaid as of the Retirement Date, subject to standard payroll deductions Executive’s annual performance bonus for 2023, and withholdings. any unreimbursed business expenses incurred by the Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreementin accordance with the Company policy prior the Retirement Date (the “Accrued Obligations”).

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Separation Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary salary, earned bonus and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. For clarification, the bonus payment shall be: (i) up to forty-five percent (45%) of Executive’s current annual salary on a pro-rata basis through December 7, 2012 ($157,654), less applicable withholding taxes. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Separation and Retirement Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Separation and Retirement Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Final Paycheck. As The Company has paid or will pay as soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive Date all of Executive’s accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions withholdings and withholdingsdeductions. Executive is entitled to retain these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after following the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive you all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.
