Common use of Final Paycheck Clause in Contracts

Final Paycheck. As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Separation Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused paid time off earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.
