Final Payment and Release. 28.1 The Subcontractor’s acceptance of final payment hereunder shall constitute a release of all claims whatsoever (contractual or otherwise) which the Subcontractor has or may have against Savcor ART in relation to the Works. 28.2 Savcor ART shall be entitled to plead this Part in bar to any claim made against it by the Subcontractor pursuant to this Agreement.
