Common use of Final Project Report Clause in Contracts

Final Project Report. The Grantee must submit Exhibit F, Final Project Report Form, prior to requesting final payment. The Final Project Report may be submitted in lieu of the final Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, only in instances where the next quarterly progress report falls after the Agreement’s Date of Expiration. For grants funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds that are not completed by the Agreement’s Date of Expiration, Exhibit F must also be submitted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ upon completion of the project, which may be after the Agreement’s Date of Expiration.
