FINAL PROJECT SUMMARY. Prepare a brief summary including: (1) all of the information contained in the Progress Reports submitted; (2) estimated and actual costs of the Project, including a description and amount of any funds from sources other than this Agreement necessary to complete the Project; (3) any appropriate photos or graphics; and (4) any additional information deemed appropriate by the Project Director or Grant Manager.. Upon completion of the Project, the Recipient shall provide for a final inspection and shall certify that the Project has been completed in accordance with this Agreement, any final plans and specifications submitted to the State Water Board, and any amendments or modifications thereto. If the Project involved the planning, investigation, evaluation, design, or other work requiring interpretation and proper application of engineering, or other professionals, the final inspection and certification shall be conducted by a California Registered Civil Engineer or other appropriate California registered professional. The results of the final inspection and certification shall be submitted to the Grant Manager.

FINAL PROJECT SUMMARY. At the conclusion of the Project, the Recipient must submit a draft Final Project Summary to the Grant Manager for review and approval. The draft Final Project Summary shall contain a brief summary of the Project, including accomplishments, before and after pictures, as appropriate. The draft Final Project Summary shall be in a format provided by the Grant Manager. Following comments from the Grant Manager, the Recipient shall submit the revised Final Project Summary for review and approval and shall upload an electronic copy of the final Project Summary to the FAAST system.

  • Project Summary The main objective of the LIFE GAIA Sense project is to demonstrate gaiasense, an innovative “Smart Farming” (SF) solution that aims at reducing the consumption of natural resources, as a way to protect the environment and support Circular Economy (CE) models. More specifically, this project will launch 18 demonstrators across Greece, Spain and Portugal covering 9 crops (olives, peach, cotton, pistachio, potato, table tomatoes, industrial tomatoes, grapes, kiwi, walnut) in various terrain and microclimatic conditions. They will demonstrate an innovative method, based on high-end technology, which is suitable for being replicated and will be accessible and affordable to Farmers either as individuals or collectively through Agricultural Cooperatives. Moreover, LIFE GAIA Sense aims to promote resource efficiency practices in SMEs of the agricultural sector and eventually, contribute to the implementation of the Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe. This project will demonstrate a method on how the farmer will be able to decide either to use or avoid inputs (irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides etc.) in a most efficient way, without risking the annual production. The focus is on the resource consumption reduction side of CE, and the results will be both qualitatively and quantitatively, considering the resources’ efficiency in agricultural sector.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Final Project Report The Grantee must submit Exhibit F, Final Project Report Form, prior to requesting final payment. The Final Project Report may be submitted in lieu of the final quarterly status report, only in instances where the next quarterly report falls after the project’s completion date.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
