Final report and request for payment of the balance Clause Samples

The "Final report and request for payment of the balance" clause requires the party performing work or services to submit a comprehensive final report detailing the completion of all contractual obligations before they can request the remaining payment owed. Typically, this involves providing documentation or evidence that all deliverables have been met, and may include financial statements, project summaries, or other relevant records. This clause ensures that payment of the final balance is contingent upon satisfactory completion and verification of all work, thereby protecting the paying party from incomplete or substandard performance.
