Final Resolution. Section 27.1 The Agreement expressed herein, in writing, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and no oral statement shall add to or supersede any of its provisions. Any changes in this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon by the parties and must be in writing. Section 27.2 The terms of this Agreement shall supersede all city ordinances and resolutions in conflict with this Agreement.
