Final Seniority List. By January 15th of each year, or as soon as practicable after, a final seniority list shall be prepared by the District. Any Association member may challenge the final seniority list by filing a grievance within fifteen (15) days of the posting of the final seniority listing. In the absence of a grievance, the posted final seniority listing will be deemed to be correct.
Final Seniority List. A final seniority list shall then be prepared by the School District and be binding on the School District and all teachers. This list will be finalized by the end of January. Final Seniority List. The School District shall evaluate any and all requests for changes to the seniority list under Section 3 within ten (10) days after receiving the request for seniority change, and shall make any changes the School District deems warranted. A final seniority list shall thereafter be prepared by the School District, and shall be binding on the School District and the principals.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting. A. The name of employees on the seniority list shall appear in seniority rank order within areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirements, with the name of the most senior employee appearing at the top of the listing and the name of the least senior employee appearing at the bottom of the listing. B. The names of employees who are certificated, licensed, or otherwise minimally qualified in more than one (1) area shall be included on the listing for all areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirement. C. The names of part-time employees shall appear on the seniority list but shall be listed separately from the names of full-time employees.

  • Seniority Verification Process i. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee achieves continuing contract status. ii. The employee must initiate the seniority verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of receiving a continuing appointment in the new school district. iii. The previous school district(s) shall make every reasonable effort to retrieve and verify the seniority credits which the employee seeks to port.
