Final Specifications Sample Clauses

The "Final Specifications" clause defines the definitive set of requirements, standards, or criteria that a product, service, or project must meet upon completion. Typically, this clause outlines the process for developing, reviewing, and formally approving these specifications, often involving both parties' agreement before work proceeds. By establishing a clear and mutually accepted benchmark, the clause ensures that all deliverables are measured against agreed-upon expectations, thereby minimizing disputes and misunderstandings about project scope or quality.
