Final Summative Rating. i. The summative rating shall reflect satisfactory competence in each of three (3) criteria; instructional competence, classroom management, and professional conduct as identified in Appendix A. titled, "Criteria Critical to Teacher Competence". ii. The closing evaluative statement on a teaching report shall read as follows: "The teaching performance is considered to be satisfactory"; or "The teaching performance is considered to be less than satisfactory"
