Common use of Final Transition Plan Clause in Contracts

Final Transition Plan. The Consultant will address one (1) round of comments from Client staff to prepare a Final ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for the Client. The Consultant will provide the following deliverables to the Client:  Electronic copies of the Final Transition Plan in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats; and  Two (2) printed copies of the Final Transition Plan. Two (2) electronic copies of the Appendices will be provided on flash drives. Printed copies of the Appendices will be considered Additional Services.
