Common use of Final Warning Clause in Contracts

Final Warning. The Manager shall indicate where, why and how there has been another instance of unsatisfactory performance, capacity, or conduct. The manager/delegate will say specifically what improvement is required and within what time limit. A written record of this final formal warning will be prepared which the employee will be asked to sign.
