Common use of Financial Statements and Notes Clause in Contracts

Financial Statements and Notes. Pursuant to subsection 44 (3) of the RRCEA, the annual report shall include audited financial statements for the Authority and a copy of the auditor’s report. The audited financial statements shall be segregated for the WDTA and RRCEA, respectively. The audited financial statements shall include but not be limited to the following:  the auditor’s report;  statement of financial position;  statement of operations;  statement of changes in net assets;  statement of cash flows; and  notes and supporting schedules to the financial statements including: o schedules of segment revenues and expenses. Examples of segments would include key activities such as: registration, compliance and enforcement, and WDTA program oversight.
