Each document (including any UCC financing statements reflecting the Loan Parties, as debtors, and Administrative Agent, as secured party) required by the Security Documents or under applicable Law or reasonably requested by Administrative Agent to be filed, registered or recorded in order to create in favor of Administrative Agent, for the benefit of itself, the Lenders and the other Secured Parties, a perfected Lien on the Collateral described therein, prior and superior in right to any other Person (subject to Permitted Liens), each of which shall, if applicable be in proper form for filing, registration or recordation;
