Finder’s Fee for Referral of New Employee for Hard to Fill Positions. If a newly hired employee in a hard to fill position indicates that a current employee referred them to said position the current employee will receive a finder’s fee of $300 after the new employee has been employed for one year. There will only be one finder’s fee paid for a newly hired employee in a hard to fill position. The Administration in consultation with the Union President will annually determine by March 31 which positions are “hard to fill” and qualify for the finder’s fee.
