Finish Hardware Clause Samples
The Finish Hardware clause defines the requirements and standards for all hardware used in finishing elements of a construction project, such as door handles, locks, hinges, and other related fixtures. It typically specifies the types, grades, finishes, and installation methods for these components, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional criteria. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over quality or compatibility and ensures that the finished project meets the agreed-upon specifications.
Finish Hardware. 8.2.1 Finish hardware is included for hollow metal and wood door hardware sets, using aluminum color, Schlage "D" series.
Finish Hardware. If Tenant adds additional door(s) other than what is provided in Exhibit C then commercial grade finish hardware, labeled where required, shall be used throughout. All doors shall have wall or floor stops, kick plates, lock sets and push-pull plates as required. All exit doors shall have hardware as required by Code.
Finish Hardware. This Contractor shall furnish, set, install, adjust and protect all Finish Hardware for this Scope of Work. Additionally this Contractor shall also be responsible for the following:
a.) Complete coordination between all hardware, doors, and frames
Finish Hardware finish hardware will comply with all applicable standards, including the quality standards of the DHI;
Finish Hardware. Butt hinges, locksets, lanterns and knobsets shall be as specified by Landlord and shall be purchased by Tenant from Landlord.
Finish Hardware. (a) The unloading and handling of finish hardware to stockpile(s) as designated by the contractor shall be assigned to laborers.
Finish Hardware. All door hardware shall be as manufactured by Schlage or an equal commercial grade hardware with its function appropriate for its intended usage.
Finish Hardware. 8.2.1 Finish hardware is included for hollow metal and wood doors, "D" series.
Finish Hardware. All interior door hardware shall be Schlage “AL Saturn 605 Polished Brass” series and exterior door shall be Schlage “AL Saturn 626 B▇▇▇ Chrome” series or equal. Locksets are included at suite access doors only.
Finish Hardware. This Subcontractor shall Furnish and Install all Finish Hardware required for this Scope of Work. For clarification, this Contractor shall also install factory electrified hardware for this Scope or Work including but not limited to electric locks, electric strikes, operators, transformers and any and all necessary accessories as noted on the Contract Documents, including but not limited to all necessary prep work for security, technology, operators, etc., for this bid package and any other bid package. The Electrical Trade Contractor shall furnish to the Doors, Frames and Hardware Contractor, General Trades Contractor and Window & Curtainwall Trade Contractor complete information, layout requirements and templates or actual samples of the door contacts as it relates the Security System. This Contractor shall receive this information and have all doors and frames factory prepared in order to receive this material. The installation of the actual door contact shall be by the Electrical Contractor. This Contractor shall install the magnetic door hold open contact plate (furnished by the Electrical Contractor) on its doors as noted on the Contract Documents.
