Fire Alarm Systems. If the Premises has an automated fire alarm system, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Lessee shall not cause or permit any damage to or misuse of the fire alarm system. Lessee shall pay all charges assessed and/or billed by any governmental agency for each and every activation of the fire alarm not related to an actual fire emergency, regardless of whether the alarm was activated intentionally, negligently or otherwise.
