Firearm and Ammunition Industries Discrimination Prohibition. For contracts entered into on or after September 1, 2021, if the Contractor is a Company under Texas Government Code §2274.002, at the time of executing this Contract, the Contractor certifies that it is exempt under that section, or it does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association and will not discriminate during the term of the Contract against a firearm entity or firearm trade association.
