Firearms and other weapons the possession, use, or control of any firearm (operable or inoperable, loaded or unloaded) including, but not limited to, zip, pistol, revolver, rifle, or shot gun; the possession, use or control of any instrument or object, other than a firearm, which could be used to inflict harm on another person, or to intimidate any person; included in this category are objects such as BB guns or pellet guns, knives of any kind, chains, pipes, razor blades, ice picks, other pointed instruments (including pencils or pens), nunchakus, brass knuckles, explosives, Chinese stars, ▇▇▇▇▇-clubs, tear gas guns, paintball guns, or electrical/chemical weapons or devices. Also included is anything represented to be a firearm or other weapon if used in an intimidating manner toward another person. This is not a comprehensive list of items considered weapons.

Firearms and other weapons. Roommates {may} OR {shall not} keep firearms, bows, hunting or combat knives, machetes or other weapons on the premises. Also prohibited are any C02 and spring propelled guns. Individuals who have a permit to carry a concealed firearm may not bring the firearm on campus or to college sponsored events on or off campus. Only authorized on duty law enforcement or campus security personnel may possess a firearm on college owned property.

Guest Policy It is your responsibility to make sure your guest is informed of the property policies and acts accordingly. Each Resident assumes complete responsibility for any unacceptable behavior by their guest (including financial costs due to damage). Any guests may be asked to leave if at any time it is deemed the individual is not acting in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement or the Code of Conduct. Firearms and other weapons. (A) Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on SHC property except as provided in this section. It is a serious violation of a material term of the lease and grounds for termination if you, your Household Members, or your guests possess a firearm or weapon that does not comply with this section. (B) You and your Household Members may possess a legal firearm or weapon in your unit if you comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the possession, registration, storage, and use of the firearm or weapon. (C) Firearms and weapons are not permitted in common areas except as necessary to transport the firearm or weapon to your unit.

The PBC is committed to providing a safe and secure workplace for the benefit of its employees, consultants, contractors and the general public; therefore, threatening behavior by any person on or about the PBC office premises, project sites and any place in which PBC business is conducted is prohibited. Further, as a condition of employment and/or contract, individuals may not bring weapons onto PBC premises or project sites (including parking lots), even in situations where such conduct would be allowed under the cited laws.
