The 'First Amendment Documents' clause defines and governs the initial set of documents that formally modify or supplement an existing agreement. First Amendment Documents. On the First Amendment Effective Date, the Borrowers shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent, for each Lender whose DMFIRM #404876630 v5 Revolving Credit Commitment is changing, an amended and restated revolving credit note in an amount equal to the amount of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Revolving Credit Commitment after giving effect to this Amendment (collectively, the “New Notes”). Each New Note shall be in substitution for the applicable Lender’s existing Note. This Amendment, together with the New Notes, are collectively referred to herein as the “First Amendment Documents” and individually as a “First Amendment Document”.

First Amendment Documents. The Lender shall have received the following documents, duly executed by the parties thereto and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender:
(i) the First Amendment;
(ii) a Term Loan Note;
(iii) the warrant for the Lender to purchase certain class A units in the Sponsor, dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date; and
(iv) the letter agreement by and between the Sponsor and the Lender, dated as of the First Amendment Effective Date and pertaining to a right of first offer and a Borrower sale payment.
