Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower, each other Obligor, the Majority Lenders and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such Persons.

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Required Lenders (determined prior to giving effect to the Commitment Increase), each Increasing Lender, each New Lender, each Guarantor and the Borrower, each other Obligor, the Majority Lenders and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such PersonsPerson.

The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower, each other Obligor, the Majority Lenders this Amendment executed and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested delivered by the Administrative Agent) , the Company, and Lenders party to the Credit Agreement constituting the “Majority Lenders” thereunder (or, in the case of this Amendment signed on behalf of such Personsany Lender, a lender addendum or joinder agreement in a form specified by the Administrative Agent).

The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this First Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor, Obligor and the Majority Lenders and the Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Amendment signed on behalf of such PersonsLenders.
