Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from each Borrower and each Lender either (i) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendment.
