First Meeting of the Implementation Board. The chair of the Governing Committee shall notice the first meeting of the Implementation Board as a special meeting and prepare an agenda. This first meeting shall occur within 60 days of the last appointment/confirmation of a Member to Implementation Board in accordance with Section 1.b.(ii) of Article VIII.
