First Quarterly Payment Date Sample Clauses

The 'First Quarterly Payment Date' clause defines the specific date on which the initial quarterly payment under an agreement is due. Typically, this clause will specify a calendar date or a method for determining the date, such as a set number of days after the contract's effective date. For example, if a service contract begins on January 1, the first quarterly payment might be due on April 1. This clause ensures both parties are clear about when the first payment obligation arises, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding payment schedules.
