Common use of First Source Hiring Program Clause in Contracts

First Source Hiring Program. Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code requires, among other things, that Contractors: (1) Enter into a First Source Hiring Agreement with CityBuild setting forth the hiring and retention goals for entry-level positions; (2) Submit a projection of entry-level positions to CityBuild within thirty (30) days of receiving an award for Project Work, and submit information of entry-level positions to CityBuild as they become available; and (3) Offer CityBuild the first opportunity to refer qualified candidates to the entry-level positions and make good faith efforts to hire candidates referred by CityBuild.
