Incorporation of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference Clause Samples
The Incorporation of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference clause serves to make specific administrative code rules or regulations an integral part of the contract without reproducing their full text. In practice, this means that the parties agree to be bound by certain external legal or regulatory standards, such as building codes, safety regulations, or environmental requirements, as if they were written directly into the agreement. This approach streamlines the contract drafting process and ensures that the parties are automatically subject to updates or changes in the referenced codes, thereby promoting compliance and reducing ambiguity regarding applicable legal standards.
