FIVE DAY GRACE. PERIOD In the event that the trainee quits, fails to work, is terminated or otherwise is no longer employed within five (5) working days of the contract start date, WIA will not make any reimbursement to the employer.

  • Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
