Fixed Route Clause Samples

The Fixed Route clause establishes a predetermined path or sequence for the delivery or transportation of goods or services. In practice, this means that the parties agree in advance on the specific route to be followed, which may include designated stops, transit points, or methods of transportation. By clearly defining the route, this clause helps prevent disputes over deviations, ensures logistical predictability, and allocates responsibility for any issues arising from changes to the agreed path.
