Common use of Fixed-Term Temporary Employee Clause in Contracts

Fixed-Term Temporary Employee. Fixed-Term Employees shall be engaged as such to work for a specific task or period of time. A Fixed-Term Employee shall receive the same benefits under this agreement as would a Full-time Employee, provided that accruals of any benefits and rights are calculated on a pro-rata basis in relation to the ordinary hours the Employee works.
