Common use of Fixed terms Clause in Contracts

Fixed terms. If Arrow VD agrees to provide a Service for a fixed term, the Customer agrees to pay Arrow VD the amount payable for the whole of that term on the date of the applicable SOW, unless Arrow VD agrees in writing that the Customer may pay that amount by instalments.
