Fixtures and Appurtenances Sample Clauses

The 'Fixtures and Appurtenances' clause defines which items attached to a property are included in its sale or transfer. Typically, this clause clarifies that built-in appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and other permanently affixed items are considered part of the property, while removable personal property is excluded. By specifying what is included, the clause prevents disputes between buyers and sellers over ownership of certain items, ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of misunderstandings during the transaction.
