External single halyard with revolving cast aluminum halyard truck. d. Cast aluminum cleat enclosed in an opening, lockable box or other tamperproof arrangement for securing the halyard. e. Lighting for the flags to be mounted on building or parking lot pole in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.
