Common use of Flex Days and Compressed Time Clause in Contracts

Flex Days and Compressed Time. An employee who has received unsatisfactory Performance Appraisal or a Letter of Reprimand may, at the Employer's reasonable discretion, not be eligible for compressed time for the next six months. Payment Processing Clerks are not subject to this language (See Memorandum of Agreement #5 Re: Compressed Time – Payment Services).
